3. How Uploaded Files Are Used

Uploaded files are processed only for printing the requested job. After printing completes, files are automatically deleted according to our configured retention workflow.

Print files are retained only for the minimum time needed to complete printing and operational checks, then deleted. Business records (such as billing/contact records) may be kept as required by law.
